Activity of  Fund is support to development of the Kazakh culture and language in territory of republic and abroad.

Subject and problems of activity of Fund are:

- propagation and assistance in expansion of the Kazakh language application sphere;

- wide propagation cultural, literary, cultural wealth of the Kazakh people;

- organize the Kazakh language Teachers Courses of  knowledge increase;

- organize the Kazakh language Curriculums by European Standard.
