Oskemen hasn’ted the 290 anniversary. The helicopter with a flag of Kazakhstan, a dirigible balloon of desires, laser show, presentation of fountains, the Italian and Cuban actors, an air enchanting spectacle is only small list of celebratory surprises and the actions which have passed in birthday of the regional center.

On Irtysh has passed water representation in which sportsmen, masters of scooters and others have taken part. After the laser show first in the history of Oskemen and start in the sky of 300 balloons the creative concert on a raft which has moored at the Irtysh bridge has begun. Competitive songs of new authors about Oskemen and the invited stars from Italy and Cuba have sounded. The city holiday has come to the end with colourful celebratory fireworks.
