Kadyr Ginajatovich Myrzaliev, national writer of RК, was born on January, 5th, 1935 in settlement Dzhambejty of Dzhambejtinsky area of the Ural area. In 1958 he has ended philological faculty KazSU of S.M.Kirov. Upon termination of university many forces he have given to journalistic work. He was the literary employee of children’s magazine “Baldyrgan” (“Kid”; 1958 – 1962), the head of department of poetry and the criticism, the responsible secretary of magazine “Zhuldyz” (“Star”; 1962 to 1965), managing edition of poetry of publishing house “Zhazyshy” (“Writer”1968-1973), managing section of poetry of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan (1973 – 1978); the vice-president of committee on the national policy, development of culture and language of the Supreme body of Republic Kazakhstan (1992), the People’s Deputy of Republic Kazakhstan (1994). Kadyr Myrzaliev is the author more than 50 poetic collections, literary-critical and children’s books.

In the childhood Kadyr Myrzaliev was constant reader and the assistant to Dzhambejtinsk regional library. He has re-read all books in library, watched fiction novelties. The first book, which Kadyr has seen in life, was called «Forty Batyrs». To write verses Kadyr begins in 11 years when studied in the sixth grade.

After death of the father boy have given to a boarding school. There Kadyr has started to write verses on friends, on their lacks. The whole album of verses has been already written, but once it was burned by the best friend of the future poet. It was the first barrier on creative way. But Kadyr was grateful to friend: «He has helped to get rid to me of bad verses! I couldn’t make it. Still! To me they seemed shining».

The poem «Spring of the world», printed in the regional newspaper «Ekpendy kurylys» became the beginning of the creative way of Kadyr Myrzaliev. But the surname under the verse has been typed incorrectly, and friends haven’t believed that this product of Kadyr. Therefore the poet always holds back it and writes that his first poem is printed in 1954 in the Republican magazine “Pioneer”. In 1955, acting at 3 congress of writers of Kazakhstan, the editor of this magazine Muzafar Alimbaev with the big approval has responded about creativity of the young poet. So the way to the recognition has begun.

The poet has let out the first collection of verses “Spring” in 1959. Kadyr Myrzaliev writes the products in the Kazakh language. His some verses are translated into Russian, German, Lithuanian, Estonian, Kirghiz, Tatar and other languages. 13 books of verses are published in Russian. Books of verses «Inabat- vinovat (is guilty)» (1962), «Your house» (1976) – for children of preschool and younger school age. Collections of verses “Sleeplessness” (1967), « White yurta» (1968), «Solovinyj sad(garden)» (1971), «Steppe ways» (1968,1973), “Prapamjat” (1975), «The Top string of dombra» (1976), “Palms” (1979, 1984; under other data 1985), “Circle” (1979), «The Bottom string of dombra» (1985), «The Red book» (1987), “Quiver” (1990) are addressed children of an average and the senior school age. K.Murzaliev’s verses were included into collective collections of the Kazakh poets:« When apples will ripen »(1959),« The Anthology of the Kazakh Soviet poetry »(1972, 1.2), « The Anthology of the Kazakh children’s poetry »(1983),« The Earth Face »(release of 6th, 1986).

In 1967 in Alma-Ata in publishing house “Zhazyshy” published collection of verses of K.Myrzaliev “Sleeplessness” in Sergey Kiselyov’s transfer. The subjects of the poetic collection cover all aspects of life of Kazahstan: «the Rain in Alma-Ata», «Physical geography of Kazakhstan», «Autumn, an aul, night», «My harmless ancestors». The verses devoted to outstanding people are placed here: “Hemingway” (the American writer), «the Spanish poet emigrant Raphael Alberti», « Birzhan Sal» (the Kazakh akyn-improvisator), “Kurmangazy” ( the Kazakh national composer).

The harmonious alloy of various displays of figurative word has laid down in a basis of the majority of poems of Myrzaliev`s collection “the Circle” which has left in publishing house “Zhalyn” in Alma-Ata in 1979 ( transfer by L.Sheglov). The children’s book is original on composition. It is constructed as though by a principle of the schedule of lessons at elementary school. Begins the collection «First call». Further follows the first lesson – “Linguistics”.

The verses collected in the collection are various under the maintenance and the form. Justifies itself and an ingenuity in a genre choice.

In 1980 for the book of verses of “Zherujyk” («The Wonder-working earth», 1976) to the poet has been awarded the State award of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1987 in Alma-Ata in publishing house “Zhazyshy” there was a collection of verses «The Red book». The poet is excited with a theme of protection of all live on the Earth. In the book three sections, three color scales:

« Clean leaf “,” Yellow leaf “,” Red leaf ». It, probably, certain seasons, and is possible, and the periods of our life – from infancy till a maturity. It is felt in such division and other, more undercover sense of poems.

In 1990 in Moscow in publishing house «Soviet writer» there was the collection of verses of K.Myrzaliev “Quiver”. It consists of two sections “Meridians” and “Parallels” and is full of perfected lyrical and ironical “arrows”. Many verses of the collection are got by a kind smile. With shrill grief the poet results examples of sincere blindness and deafness. With inexhaustible persistence the poet to the spring beginnings of human heart that again and again to confirm not passing values – love and friendship, mercy and pleasure of dialogue with the nature and people makes the way. Among translators of verses of K.Myrzaliev are known poets: Alexander Kushner, Ilya Fonjakov, Valery Antonov which could inform to the Russian-speaking reader an uneasy and rare originality of his poetry.

Kadyr Ginajatovich Myrzaliev is the author of texts over 200 songs making the separate collection “Kunder-ai” (1984). Myrzaliev has brought the considerable contribution in development of the Kazakh children’s literature. Creativity of the poet was included into the program of the Kazakh high school and is studied by pupils of the senior classes. His many verses are included in the textbook «Native speech» for initial classes of the Kazakh schools. Plays on K.Myrzaliev’s products are put at all Republican theaters.

In K.Myrzaliev’s transfers in the Kazakh language there were products of Roman poet Ovidija (Publy Ovidy Nazon), persian poet Rumi Dzhalaleddina, Italian children’s writer Dzhanni Rodari, Lithuanian poet Eduardasa Mezhelajtisa, French writer Victor Hugo, Russian poet Michael Lermontov, the Kazakh poet Olzhas Sulejmenov and others.

Other hobby of all his life – riddles of nations of the world with which it acquaints the Kazakh reader. He has already collected and has translated riddles more than hundred people, and work proceeds.

Following the results of competition of 1993 literary-creative association of Mongolia “Daryn” Kadyr Myrzaliev has awarded of Grand prix for the high-principled and highly artistic literary works which have received wide recognition of readers. In 2001 K.Myrzaliev became the winner of the Republican award “Tarlan”.
